Menzies Aviation secures Cargo iQ certification

Menzies Aviation, the world’s leading service partner to airports and airlines, has secured Cargo iQ certification after successfully completing a comprehensive quality audit, reinforcing its commitment to quality, reliability, and transparency across its global cargo operations.

Cargo iQ is composed of more than 60 airlines, freight forwarders, ground handling service providers, trucking companies, and IT solution providers globally. The group’s mission is to create and implement quality standards for the global air cargo industry through planning and performance monitoring based on common business processes and milestones.

As part of the accreditation process, Menzies aligned its global cargo operations with Cargo iQ’s globally recognised Master Operating Plan (MOP), the industry standard for end-to-end shipment planning and performance measurement.
