Mayple Global has announced a partnership with Emirates Courier Express to expand cross-border delivery capabilities for U.S. ecommerce merchants. The agreement will use Mayple’s centralised logistics hub in Dubai and Emirates’ network of wide-body passenger aircraft to deliver packages to eight international markets, aiming to improve delivery speed, reduce costs, and simplify customs handling.
Mayple’s hub-and-spoke model centralises inventory in Dubai, enabling brands to ship worldwide from a single hub. The collaboration integrates Emirates’ high-frequency passenger flight network into this system to shorten transit times, reach challenging markets, and offer competitive shipping rates.
“Cross-border shipping has always been an expensive, fragmented mess,” said Ammar Moiz, Founder and CEO of Mayple Global. “We built Mayple to solve that—end-to-end. By tapping into Emirates’ flight network and anchoring our hub in Dubai, we’re giving U.S. brands a faster, smarter way to reach global customers with full visibility, reliability, and control.”
Emirates Courier Express, launched in April 2025, uses the airline’s direct routing to reduce handoffs and time in transit. The service is currently active in eight underserved markets, with plans to expand to all Emirates destinations.
The partnership will also introduce Mayple Direct, a solution integrating Emirates’ network with Mayple’s platform for real-time tracking and a unified customer experience. The service targets U.S. brands looking to expand internationally without investing in local warehousing or multiple carrier relationships.
“Emirates Courier Express is built on the need to simplify and streamline international e-commerce logistics – an ethos that is perfectly aligned with Mayple,” said Dennis Lister, Senior Vice President, Product and Innovation at Emirates SkyCargo.
With average delivery speeds of 3.5 days and a 99% deliverability rate, Mayple merchants currently reach over 80 countries. The company reports that brands see an average 19.2% lift in international revenue within 90 days of joining the platform. This move aligns with Mayple’s strategy to reduce operational barriers for e-commerce sellers seeking cross-border growth.
