Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, a global logistics service provider, has announced partnership with cargo.one, a platform for booking and managing air freight capacity. The collaboration is set to upgrade Hellmann's air cargo procurement and sales technology, driving enhanced efficiency, automation, and customer experience.
According to a company press release, the air freight quoting landscape has become increasingly complex due to volatile market conditions, capacity constraints, and rising customer expectations for speed.
By adopting an integrated quoting and rate management setup powered by cargo.one, Hellmann aims to achieve boosted productivity, market agility, and profitability.

Hellmann's upgraded infrastructure includes a complete rate and charge management system for all its buy and sell rates, local charges, and trucking costs, utilising cargo.one’s advanced rate management. This system is customised to Hellmann's precise needs, delivering enhanced rate visibility and global and local rate management with surgical precision.
A key element of the integration involves building cargo.one’s Quotes API into Hellmann’s proprietary quotation system, ‘HITS,’ which is fully integrated with its CargoWise One TMS. This advanced setup will enable Hellmann to generate customer quotes at record speeds.
By replacing multiple legacy solutions with cargo.one’s integrated solution landscape, Hellmann teams will benefit from using a single, sophisticated system with the most accurate rate and cost data in every quotation process. This transition is expected to better equip teams to handle pricing and route complexities, ensuring customers receive highly accurate and compelling rates.
