Pulse is currently enabled for DASH and DASH Critical shipments originating from one of the following Pulse-enabled stations in the United States: ATL, BOS, DTW, FLL, HNL, JFK, LAX, LGA, MCO, MIA, MSP, ORD, SEA, SFO, SLC, and TPA. CVG, DFW, and RDU are currently import-only Pulse stations with capabilities limited to receiving shipments and scanning on the ramp only. No extra steps are required from customers to immediately benefit from Pulse; a special tape affixed to each package enables this enhanced tracking functionality, ensuring a seamless process.
Pulse enables shippers to easily track the most recent location of their shipment throughout its journey via a redesigned tracking experience on deltacargo.com. With proactive alert capabilities, Pulse notifies Delta’s operational teams of potential issues before they affect service, allowing for faster responses and quicker recovery. Leveraging real-time shipment data, Pulse also performs predictive analysis, empowering teams to take preventive action and deliver an even smoother shipping experience.
