CargoTech, an air cargo–focused software and technology provider, is preparing for a major expansion in 2026 after a strong performance in 2025. The company has outlined four key priorities for the year ahead: welcoming new members, developing new products, consolidating internal processes, and continuing its core objective of accelerating digitalisation in the air cargo industry.

During the year 2025, five new products were launched by CargoTech. These included Wiremind’s Overbooking Recommendation and Entry Condition Recommendation modules, Rotate’s Fleet & Network and Sales Steering software and its Demand data product, Aerios’ Charter Carrier App, and CargoAi’s AgenticAi on its CargoMart platform, which allows an AI agent to work alongside human agents when serving customers.

Building on this momentum, CargoTech said accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence in air cargo will be a major focus in 2026. According to Cédric Millet, President of CargoTech, the company plans to roll out nine new products and services during the year, all with AI capabilities embedded. These will include new AgentAi functionalities and Rotate’s Data Services vertical. He said Rotate has built a specialist team combining data and cargo expertise, enabling it to quickly structure and digitise customer data to support advanced technological use. CargoTech added that its Data Services provide a fast, directly implementable route for AI adoption, while its advisory services support customers with a broader digital transformation framework for the medium to long term.

CargoTech highlighted that its strength lies in combining technology development with deep cargo industry knowledge. The company said its software is developed by cargo professionals who understand industry pain points, rather than by adapting passenger-focused digital solutions. As a result, CargoTech develops cargo-specific use cases, models and products that are increasingly used by leading air cargo companies. At present, the group offers 16 digital solutions and services, including SaaS products from Wiremind, Rotate and Aerios, CargoAi’s marketplace products, Rotate’s data products, and consulting services.

The company’s customer base spans airlines, freight forwarders, GSAs, GHAs and shippers. It said 19 international airlines, including eight of the world’s top 20, currently use CargoTech software. More than 105 airlines and 23,000 forwarders are connected to CargoAi’s marketplace, while over 100 companies use Rotate’s market data. CargoTech said it will continue to accelerate business development in 2026 and support more customers in their digital transformation efforts.

In terms of operations, CargoTech has grown to more than 120 employees since its launch in 2022. In 2026, it plans to set up a technology centre of excellence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The new centre will centralise functions such as accounting, finance, legal and communications, while also supporting faster product development and stronger collaboration across the group. The Kuala Lumpur office will complement existing member headquarters in Paris, Singapore and London, and improve customer support across different time zones.

CargoTech also confirmed it is actively looking to invest in or partner with other technology companies serving the air cargo sector. The company said at least two new members are already in the pipeline for 2026, with services and expertise that will strengthen its existing portfolio and support its aim of addressing challenges across the air cargo value chain.
