WiseTech Global and Elm Company have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together on using modern technology to improve the logistics sector in Saudi Arabia. The agreement, aimed at supporting digital transformation and enhancing efficiency in the sector, was signed on the sidelines of the Saudi Supply Chain and Logistics Conference 2025 on 13 December.

Under the MoU, the two organisations will explore ways to use advanced digital solutions to improve operational performance and the overall customer experience in the logistics industry. The collaboration will focus on technology that is simple, flexible and improves service quality in line with Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation goals.

The partnership also aims to encourage knowledge sharing between the companies to support the development of technology that adds sustainable value to the logistics sector.

Elm Company was represented at the signing by Hesham S. AlNaser, Vice President – Logistics Products, while WiseTech Global was represented by Chief Execution Officer Vlad Bilanovsky.

Majid bin Saad Al-Arifi, Elm’s Vice President of Marketing, said the collaboration reflects the company’s commitment to supporting digital transformation and improving logistics efficiency across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

Mr Bilanovsky said Saudi Arabia offers significant opportunities for growth in the logistics sector. He added that WiseTech Global is pleased to work with Elm to explore technology solutions that enhance performance and support digital transformation.
