Toll Group has appointed Robert Reiter as Group Managing Director, effective 1 July 2026. He will take on the role in addition to his current position as President of Global Forwarding, ensuring continuity of leadership across the Group.

As Group Managing Director, Reiter will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the overall performance of the Group. He will work to ensure alignment across all businesses to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Working closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team, he will focus on strengthening performance, improving competitiveness and positioning the Group to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

Reiter joined Toll Global Forwarding in August 2025 and currently serves as President. Since taking on the role, he has helped strengthen customer relationships, improve regional operations and lead transformation initiatives across the business.

He brings extensive experience in global freight forwarding, having held leadership positions at Kuehne + Nagel, Panalpina, DB Schenker and DHL. He also has experience across end-to-end supply chains, including contract logistics.

Thomas Knudsen, Executive Chairman of Toll Group, said Reiter’s appointment reflected the company’s confidence in his leadership and his ability to support the Group’s growth, performance and transformation.

“Robert is a proven leader with deep knowledge of our business, customers, and operations. His appointment as Group Managing Director reflects our strong confidence in his leadership and his ability to drive the Group’s continued growth, performance, and transformation. We are pleased to have him lead Toll through its next phase,” said Knudsen.

Reiter said he was honoured to take on the role at an important time for the company and looked forward to working closely with teams, customers and partners.

“We have strong capabilities, dedicated people, and significant opportunities ahead. I look forward to working closely with our teams, customers, and partners to build on our momentum and continue delivering strong outcomes for our customers and stakeholders,” he said.

Toll Group said a transition plan is in place to ensure continuity for customers, employees and partners as Reiter assumes his new responsibilities.
