The three-day global air cargo event, hosted by LOT Polish Airlines, will take place at Hilton Warsaw City in June 2026.

The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has announced that its Executive Summit 2026 will be held in Warsaw, Poland, from 1–3 June 2026. Hosted by LOT Polish Airlines, the event will take place at the Hilton Warsaw City, located in the heart of the city’s financial district. The summit is expected to gather more than 350 senior executives from across the world for two days of conference sessions and networking.
TIACA Chair Roos Bakker said the organisation was excited to bring the event to Warsaw, describing it as a city with a dynamic economy and a growing role as a logistics and trade hub in Central and Eastern Europe. “With the event set in the heart of this vibrant capital, we look forward to engaging discussions, networking opportunities, and innovative solutions that will help shape the future of our industry,” Bakker said.
The summit will open on 1 June with a welcome programme hosted by LOT Polish Airlines, followed by two days of discussions and presentations. Delegates will take part in panel sessions, fireside chats, and keynotes focusing on major topics such as e-commerce development, sustainability, digital transformation, industry outlook, global trade corridors, and supply chain resilience. Networking dinners and social events will also take place at venues across Warsaw, offering participants a chance to connect amid the city’s historic and modern settings.
Highlighting the summit’s importance, TIACA Director General Glyn Hughes said, “The Executive Summit has grown into one of the premier global gatherings for air cargo leaders, and we are delighted to bring it to Warsaw in 2026. This summit will be a platform for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and action as we continue to support the industry in navigating change and driving innovation.”
Michał Grochowski, Cargo and Mail Director of LOT Polish Airlines, expressed pride in hosting the 2026 summit. “This event is an excellent opportunity to showcase Poland and Central Eastern Europe’s growing importance in global air cargo and logistics,” he said. “As we continue to strengthen our cargo network and invest in innovation, this summit provides a valuable platform to exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and highlight the dynamic potential of Central Eastern Europe in the global supply chain. We look forward to welcoming our international partners and contributing to discussions that will help shape the future of our industry.”
