SASI World, Inter Aviation Services join forces, open office in UAE
SASI World & IAS open Dubai office, bringing cargo innovation to the Gulf in a strategic partnership.
Strategic Aviation Solutions (SASI World), in collaboration with Inter Aviation Services(IAS), has opened a regional office in the UAE in the Dubai Airport Free Trade Zone. "The Gulf has been a prime focus of SASI World management since the company's inception," says the official release.
“It was only natural to open the office and it was long overdue,” says Stan Wraight, CEO, SASI World. “The original plan was to open earlier but the global pandemic slowed that down. Our commitment to the region is unquestioned, and we are extremely happy to make this announcement of our partnership with IAS who also have decades of Gulf experience.”
Jacques Heeremans, CEO, IAS welcomed the partnership saying: “IAS and SASI World have been associated in various ways over the years, and this representation will assist both company’s clients as we move forward. The need for a broad-based portfolio of value-added logistic services and knowledge is a must for any company to succeed going forward.”
SASI World specialises in air cargo digitisation, environmental and airport operations and facilities, and global data and logistics corridors. The company has its headquarters in Canada and regional offices in the USA, Switzerland, and the UK.
IAS was founded in the Netherlands in 1987 and has offices at both Amsterdam and Brussels Airports. IAS serves as a cargo general sales and service agent (GSSA) for several major airlines and offers a global cargo aircraft charter service.
