Rainbow Aviation has been appointed as VietJet’s exclusive Preferred Cargo Sales Agent (PCSA) to handle the airline’s cargo operations from Delhi, complementing its existing partnerships in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The appointment, recently announced, strengthens VietJet’s cargo capacity and connectivity between India and Vietnam.

The agreement covers the three major Indian cities, where VietJet operates daily flights using both widebody and narrowbody aircraft. This partnership is expected to enhance trade and logistics efficiency, providing businesses with improved freight solutions.

Daily widebody flights from Delhi to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi provide strong freight solutions for industries dependant on high-volume shipments. Mumbai enjoys daily services with both widebody and narrowbody aircraft, offering businesses flexible shipping choices. Meanwhile, Ahmedabad's daily narrowbody operations enhance cargo capacity, catering to the region's growing trade demands.

Nelson Wu, Managing Director at VietJet Air Cargo, said, “We're thrilled about this new chapter in our journey together. Rainbow Aviation has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment and capability, making them our ideal partner. We look forward to achieving even greater milestones together and delivering unparallelled air cargo services in India.”

Nishant Seth, Managing Director of Rainbow Aviation Pvt Ltd, said, “Serving as the Preferred Cargo Service Agent for the critical Delhi to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh routes is a tremendous opportunity for us to showcase our capabilities. We’re committed to delivering innovative solutions tailored specifically to our customers’ evolving needs, driving growth, and setting new benchmarks in cargo service excellence.”

VietJet’s expansion in India and its partnership with Rainbow Aviation are expected to boost trade between the two countries by streamlining cargo logistics and improving freight handling capabilities.
