Mammoth & Aspire MRO install main cargo door on 777-300ERMF
The aircraft, registered as MSN 35299 (N463AC), on which the cargo door has been installed, will be delivered to BBN Istanbul.

Mammoth and Aspire MRO mark another major milestone with the successful installation of the main cargo door on the 777-300ERMF freighter. This achievement brings them closer to completing the 777-300ERMF conversion and securing Supplemental Type Certification (STC) certification.
The aircraft, registered as MSN 35299 (N463AC), on which the cargo door has been installed, will be delivered to BBN Istanbul. Avia Solutions Group (Avia AM Leasing) is the launch customer for the 777-300ERMF through one of its AOCs, BBN Istanbul.
This aircraft is 17.4 years old and was initially delivered to Cathay Pacific. It was withdrawn from service on October 1, 2018, and later operated by Nordwind Airlines, according to data by Planespotters.net.
AviaAM Leasing has a total of six 777-300ERMF aircraft on order with Mammoth Freighters, announced on October 2023.

Mammoth Freighters offers conversion services for both Boeing 777 passenger variants, including the 777-200LR and 777-300ER, into freighters.
In addition to Mammoth's 777-300ERMF programme, Kansas Modification Center (KMC), a company specialising in aircraft modifications, particularly passenger-to-freighter conversions, also offers a conversion programme for the B777-300ER, known as the 777-300ERCF. Meanwhile, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), a major player in the global aerospace and defence industry, provides the 'Big Twin' conversion programme, also known as the 777-300ERSF. However, none of these programmes have yet received STC from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or other regulatory agencies.
Unlike IAI’s and Mammoth’s 777-300 freighters, the KMC 777-300ERCF features a forward cargo door.
The large main deck cargo door of Mammoth’s 777-300ERMF is 16 inches wider than that of the 777F, allowing for greater versatility in cargo handling. Additionally, the design includes a well-planned four-person supernumerary area, ensuring maximum comfort and utility.
