Etihad Cargo airlifts 120 tonnes of relief aid to Nepal

Etihad Cargo transported more than 120 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Nepal on behalf of the UAE Aid Agency to support communities affected by recent landslides.

The relief shipment included food, solar lights, blankets, tents, baby baskets and other essential emergency supplies, providing critical assistance to communities impacted by the disaster.

The operation forms part of the UAE’s ongoing humanitarian efforts to support affected communities and facilitate the timely delivery of essential relief supplies.

Under the President’s directives, the country has pledged $10 million in humanitarian assistance to Nepal and is working to airlift emergency relief supplies to affected communities.
