Emirates Delivers, Bicester Village partner for UAE deliveries

Emirates Delivers, the e-commerce delivery solution powered by Emirates SkyCargo, has partnered with Bicester Village, the flagship destination of The Bicester Collection, to offer UAE customers a seamless delivery service for luxury shopping purchases.

Under the partnership, customers visiting Bicester Village in the UK can have their purchases delivered directly to their doorstep in the UAE, eliminating the need to carry additional luggage or arrange international shipping.

The service is also available to customers shopping remotely through Bicester Village’s Personal Shopping service, combining the destination’s luxury retail offering with Emirates Delivers’ international delivery capabilities.

Bicester Village features more than 150 luxury fashion and lifestyle boutiques, alongside dining, personalised services and hospitality. The destination is particularly popular among visitors from the Gulf region and has become a key shopping destination for UAE travellers visiting the UK.

The partnership aims to enhance the international luxury shopping experience by providing UAE customers with a convenient and reliable way to receive their purchases after shopping at Bicester Village.

Under the collaboration, customers shopping at Bicester Village can use a dedicated Emirates Delivers UK suite address for their purchases. The Village’s Personal Shopping team prepares the orders before handing them over to Emirates Delivers, which manages the shipment from the UK to the UAE.

Emirates Delivers oversees the end-to-end delivery process, including shipment consolidation, customs clearance and final doorstep delivery. Through its My Suite platform, customers can track their shipments, access up to 30 days of complimentary storage, consolidate multiple packages and choose when their purchases are shipped.
