Colis Privé plans Paack acquisition to expand European last-mile network
The proposed deal would strengthen Colis Privé's network in France, expand into Spain and Portugal, and enhance its technology and delivery capabilities.

Colis Privé, the B2C delivery subsidiary of CEVA Logistics, has signed two agreements to exclusively discuss the acquisition of Paack Iberia and Paack France. If completed, the deal would strengthen Colis Privé's last-mile delivery business in France and expand its operations into Spain and Portugal.
The proposed acquisition includes Paack Iberia and Paack France, two companies that operate independently but share the same name, origin and business model. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. In France, it also requires the completion of employee information and consultation procedures.
The deal would help Colis Privé strengthen its position in France while entering the Spanish and Portuguese eCommerce markets. It would also support the company's plan to build a stronger last-mile delivery network across Europe.
Founded in Barcelona in 2015, Paack provides last-mile delivery services for the eCommerce and retail sectors in the Iberian Peninsula. The company uses its own technology platform to manage deliveries and offers services such as time-slot selection, real-time parcel tracking, reporting and returns management.
In 2025, Paack recorded revenue of €125 million in Spain and Portugal and €49 million in France. The company also reported positive profitability in both markets.
Paack operates 82 sites across Spain and Portugal, including 21 hubs and cross-dock facilities, 61 partner distribution centres and more than 5,000 pickup and drop-off (PUDO) locations. In France, it operates six urban centres that would be added to Colis Privé's existing network.
The acquisition would also bring Paack's technology platform to Colis Privé, improving parcel planning, real-time tracking, time-slot management and route optimisation.
Colis Privé currently works with around 5,000 delivery drivers across France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The addition of Paack and its nearly 490 employees would expand its operations in Europe. Following the acquisition, Colis Privé would have a larger delivery network and revenue of more than €550 million.
Yasmine Iamarene, CEO of Colis Privé, said the acquisition would strengthen the company's presence in important European markets and improve its last-mile delivery services through advanced technology.
Xavier Rosales, Co-founder and CEO of Paack Iberia, said joining Colis Privé would help Paack continue improving last-mile delivery services while expanding its business across Europe.
Ignacio Lopez, CEO of Paack France, said becoming part of Colis Privé would strengthen its network in France and create new opportunities in the omnichannel logistics market.
