Chapman Freeborn, the leading global air charter specialist and part of Avia Solutions Group, has appointed Leo Teplitskiy as Director of Key Cargo Accounts for the Americas, effective immediately.

Teplitskiy’s appointment marks the air charter operator’s latest investment in its team and leadership for the continued advancement of its ambitious expansion plans for 2024 and beyond, says an official release.

"Teplitskiy will oversee all account operations of Chapman Freeborn’s dedicated air cargo specialist team to further expand the company’s client and supplier base across the region including the development of new business and fiscal growth strategies in key markets."

With over two decades of experience in the global aviation industry, Teplitskiy brings comprehensive knowledge of cargo logistics and operations to Chapman Freeborn in his new role, the release added.

Based out of Houston, Texas, Teplitskiy joins Chapman Freeborn from DHL following a seven-year-long tenure as manager of air product capacity, pricing, and charter operations for its U.S. industrial project division, the release added.
