Atlas Air appoints Artem Gonopolskiy as EVP & CFO
Gonopolskiy has been with Atlas for more than 18 years, and has served as interim CFO since June 15, 2023
Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings appointed Artem Gonopolskiy as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2023.
Gonopolskiy has been with Atlas for more than 18 years, and has served as the interim Chief Financial Officer since June 15, 2023, says an official release.
"Gonopolskiy will lead all aspects of the company’s finance functions, including strategic financial planning, accounting, reporting, internal audit, tax, treasury and investor relations and will continue to report to Michael Steen, Chief Executive Officer, Atlas."

Gonopolskiy joined Atlas in 2005 as a senior financial analyst and rose through a series of positions of increasing responsibility within the company’s finance organisation. He was Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis before being named interim CFO in June 2023.
