All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) will begin codeshare cargo flight operations between Japan, Europe, and North America starting October 26, 2025.

Under the agreement, ANA's code will appear on NCA's Boeing 747 freighter services from Narita to North American destinations, Chicago, New York, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Los Angeles, as well as European destinations, Amsterdam, Milan, and Frankfurt. NCA's code will be added to ANA's Boeing 777 freighter routes from Narita to Chicago and Los Angeles.

The partnership will enhance ANA Group’s cargo network, boost transport capacity, and improve customer convenience by combining the strengths of both airlines’ large freighter operations.

ANA Holdings completed the acquisition of 100% of NCA’s shares on August 1, 2025. The integrated fleet now combines ANA’s passenger network and its six Boeing 767 and two Boeing 777 freighters with NCA’s eight Boeing 747 freighters, enabling the group to manage large-scale global cargo operations.

Looking ahead, ANA and NCA plan to further deepen their partnership to strengthen the ANA Group’s cargo business, offering competitive, efficient, and high-quality services that meet customer needs and drive the group’s long-term growth. The commencement of the codeshare is subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
