Air Canada Cargo has appointed Nicolas Saignat as Senior Director Cargo Sales, Americas, based at its headquarters in Montreal.

In his new role, Saignat will lead the carrier’s commercial activities across the Americas, focusing on strengthening customer relationships, supporting freight forwarders and shippers, and driving cargo growth across key regional markets.

Saignat brings experience in air cargo, logistics and commercial leadership, having held senior positions with major airlines and international logistics organisations. His background includes leading regional sales teams, developing airfreight products, building strategic partnerships and supporting growth across competitive markets.

Air Canada Cargo said his experience will support its focus on providing market expertise and reliable, responsive services to customers across the Americas.
