ACFI signs two MoUs, LoI and partnership to boost air cargo
ACFI signs two MoUs with ASCELA and GITA, an LoI with Telangana and a UP partnership with Logistics Shakti at its World Conclave 2026.

Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI) has signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), a Letter of Intent (LOI) and entered into a partnership at the 7th Edition of the ACFI World Conclave 2026, aimed at strengthening India’s air cargo, logistics and trade ecosystem.
The MoUs were signed with ASCELA Advisors and Global Investment and Trade Advisors (GITA), while ACFI signed an LOI with the Telangana Government. Separately, the Government of Uttar Pradesh partnered with Logistics Shakti Enterprises to strengthen the state’s air cargo, logistics and export ecosystem.
The MoU between ACFI and ASCELA Advisors aims to foster strategic cooperation across the air cargo, logistics and trade sectors, creating opportunities for knowledge sharing, partnerships and industry growth.
ACFI also signed an MoU with GITA to strengthen engagement with diplomatic missions, international organisations and bilateral partners. The collaboration aims to build stronger connections between markets, businesses and institutions and create more international opportunities for Indian businesses.
In her closing remarks, Priya R. of GITA highlighted the importance of connectivity in turning trade opportunities into business and the growing role of air cargo in India’s export ecosystem.
The LOI between ACFI and the Government of Telangana was signed by Satish Lakkaraju, Chairman, Outreach Pillar, ACFI and CEO, Garudavega, and Azad Shik, Vice President, Department of Industries, Commerce & Export Promotion, Government of Telangana. The collaboration focuses on strengthening air cargo development in Telangana through skilling, promotion, infrastructure development and policy support. As part of the collaboration, ACFI will contribute industry inputs to Telangana’s planned dedicated logistics master plan and Logistics 2.0 initiative. The state has a strong base in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, aerospace and defence, precision engineering and agriculture, and the collaboration aims to support the export potential of these sectors by improving air cargo connectivity from Hyderabad and extending opportunities to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across the state.
Separately, the Government of Uttar Pradesh partnered with Logistics Shakti Enterprises to strengthen the state’s air cargo, logistics and export ecosystem. The partnership focuses on improving connectivity, enabling trade and creating stronger pathways for agricultural, horticultural and other products from Uttar Pradesh to reach global markets.
With Noida International Airport in Jewar emerging as a key gateway, the partnership is aimed at supporting a more connected and globally competitive logistics ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh.
