UPS Healthcare launches advanced logistics facility in Singapore
Facility features a built-in conveyor system, dry ice dispenser and vertical lean lift module for improved efficiency.

UPS Healthcare has announced the opening of its advanced logistics facility at 36 Tuas Road, Singapore.
Spanning over 11,500 square metres, the facility significantly enhances UPS Healthcare's logistics capabilities, doubling its regional footprint to meet the growing demands of the healthcare sector, says an official release.
"The new facility features advanced automation and cold chain capabilities, a built-in conveyor system, dry ice dispenser and vertical lean lift module for improved efficiency and precision, and temperature-controlled storage, including coolers and a -20°C walk-in freezer, designed to handle sensitive healthcare products with care and reliability."
Built to meet good distribution practice (GDP) and good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards, the facility also offers specialised services such as cold-chain packaging, labeling and regulatory compliance support, ensuring a seamless supply chain for essential medicines and medical devices, the release added.
