Global air cargo volumes grow 3% in September: WorldACD
Worldwide yield/rate has been stable for three weeks in a row (USD 2.83 per kg in week 38)
Global air cargo volume increased 3 per cent in the week ending September 20 while worldwide capacity remained constant as the previous week, according to data shared by WorldACD.
North America recorded the highest week-on-week volume change (+8%) while Middle East and South Asia were the only origin regions that witnessed a slight decline. Worldwide yield/rate has been stable for three weeks in a row at $2.83 per kg in the week ending September 20.
