AUG 12, 2015:-Virgin Atlantic is expanding codeshare agreement with Jet Airways to enhance travel options to Indian cities.

Virgin Atlantic customers will be able to purchase tickets from Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata, connecting between Virgin Atlantic’s Delhi - London Heathrow service and Indian domestic codeshare flights operated by Jet Airways. The extended agreement will offer customers the convenience of having all of their boarding passes issued at the originating airport, whether their travel originates in the India or UK.”

Nick Parker, Head of India and Middle East at Virgin Atlantic said: “It’s really important to us to be able to offer our customers convenient one-stop options to get to where they want to fly. As part of our commitment to the Indian market we already operate a successful codeshare with Jet Airways between Mumbai and London and we’re delighted that our partnership is allowing us to open up other popular destinations in India for our customers.”
