Seattle, December 23, 2014 (STAT):-UPS announced that it has agreed to terms with Poland-based investment fund ORTIE to acquire its pharmaceutical logistics company Poltraf Sp. z o.o.
UPS expects to complete the transaction in the first half of 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. Terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
