Oct 25, 2019: Turkish Cargo has updated its web portal to include innovative interface, making it easier for users to make cargo bookings.
The renewed portal ‘TK GO’ will offer users a functional and user-friendly interface.
“TK GO will enable you to make your cargo bookings, request for spot fares, search for flight availability, access all accounting details, print out AWB barcodes, view all details of stations, inquire about product-based embargoes, and follow up the current status of your cargo,” informed the Istanbul-based carrier through a statement.
Users will be able to perform a great number of transactions at any time and place, added Turkish Cargo.
The portal, which according to the carrier, will ‘offer uninterrupted service 24/7’, has been designed with previous user experiences in mind.
TK GO is compatible with laptops and desktops, besides various mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones, and aims to carry the user experience level up to the top point in functionality.
Additionally, it informs that it is taking important steps in digitisation processes such as Augmented Reality Glasses, Unmanned Ground Vehicles, Unmanned Air Vehicles, Robotic Automation, e-Freight (electronic message exchange), CargoiQ and Blockchain.
