AUG 19, 2015: Tigerair announced the launch of new non-stop service between Singapore to Lucknow. Starting from 3rd December 2015, Tigerair will be the only airline providing non-stop flights between Changi International Airport and Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport thrice a week. The flights to Lucknow will be available three days a week operating on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Tigerair already flies to five Indian cities in South - Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy, Hyderabad and Kochi. The addition of the Lucknow route, will mark Tigerair’s foray into North India.
“Lucknow is our first destination in our route map from North India. We hope that the direct flights from Lucknow to Singapore will be helpful to boost tourism between the two countries.” said Teh Yik Chuan – sales and marketing director for Tigerair Singapore.
