Thomas Kurzweg joins Frankfurt-Hahn Airport

MAR 30, 2015: Frankfurt-Hahn Airport has appointed a new director marketing & business development. Thomas Kurzweg is now responsible for the development of the passenger airline business and all marketing concerns. In his newly created position as Director Marketing & Business Development he is responsible for the development of the passenger airline business and all marketing concerns. In the past, the manager worked with various airlines and tourism companies, most recently as Head of Sales and Marketing for a subsidiary company of Lufthansa in Frankfurt am Main. Alongside with Christoph Götzmann, sales manager at Frankfurt-Hahn airport, who will concentrate his efforts on the freight business, Thomas Kurzweg will improve the customer relations to the airlines and will put all effort in gaining new clients. Ryanair, Wizz Air, SunExpress and Flycar operate through Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. One task will be the establishment of tourist charter flights. “We want to establish a stable cooperation with tourist carriers in the region, tourist offices and travel agencies”, explains Tho-mas Kurzweg.
