Dec 21, 2018: Saudi Airlines Cargo Company has recently transported 400 tonnes of equipment and supplies from Zagreb, Croatia to Riyadh for the international event Cirque du soleil.
To complete the operation, the airline has operated four freighter flights to deliver the cargo to the Saudi Capital, where the event is currently taking place from December 17-29.
Saudia Cargo’s CEO, Omar Talal Hariri, said that the moment the company received the request from the client, we exerted every possible effort, considering all measures to ensure the safe transportation of shipment on time.”
The carrier also informed: “Saudia Cargo carried the cars, spares, and the equipment of the FIA Formula E Championship that occurred in the 2018 Saudia Ad Diriyah E-Prix festival sponsored by Saudi Arabian Airlines.”
