Sep 9, 2019: Qatar Airways has announced Luanda, Angola, as the latest destination in its rapidly expanding African network.
The capital city of Angola will be served five-times a week with its Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, starting March 29, 2020.
The jet features 22 seats in Business Class and 232 seats in Economy Class.
Perched on the Atlantic coastline, Luanda, offers pristine beaches, sweeping ocean vistas and insight into a rich heritage. This up-and-coming destination is set to become a favourite with travellers looking to combine natural beauty, history and culture with a vibrant urban experience.

Qatar Airways heads to Botswana with Gaborone flight from Oct 27
Earlier this year, in July, the carrier announced that effective October 27, 2019, the airline will fly to Botswana capital Gaborone. The three-times weekly flights will be operated by an Airbus A350-900 aircraft, featuring 36 seats in Business Class and 247 seats in Economy Class.
