Amsterdam, January 29, 2015 (STAT):-During November and December, LAN Cargo Europe worked jointly with Panalpina on various shipments of pharmaceutical cargo that were transported from the old continent to South America. The pharma cargo from Abbott Laboratories came from the Netherlands and Germany.

The flight flew Amsterdam-Frankfurt–Brasilia–Viracopos-Santiago on Boeing 777F aircraft especially arranged for the project. Four part charter flights transported a total of 84 tons of pharmaceuticals.

Apart from the trust placed on LAN CARGO by the customer, she highlighted the flexibility of the client’s reservations, the work of the Operations Team and the tracking of cargo as fundamental. “The work carried out by the Sales Team of LAN CARGO in Amsterdam, coordinated by Ed Dingen and Sebastian Bartsch, who was responsible for tracking, was crucial for the success of the operation,” said Alexandra Montesinos.
