Nov 29, 2018: Paris-Vatry Airport that brands itself as the ‘cargo-minded airport’ has appointed Marcus Farrell as head of Operations and has also been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors.
This appointment is part of the airport’s passenger and cargo ongoing development plan.
Marcus has over 28-years’ experience in the aviation industry, beginning in the year 1985 for TWA at Paris-CDG.
From 1998 to 1999, he held operational positions at Transaer in Dublin and then at Star Airlines in Paris.
He then joined Air France's Operations Control Centre in 1999 where he held various Operations Duty manager, Training and Operations support positions.
In 2017, he left for an assignment first with Qatar Airways in Doha then with SAS Ireland in Dublin.
