Nippon Cargo Airlines goes for cargo management solution upgrade

March 27, 2019: Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) has decided to implement the latest version of iCargo, IBS Software's (IBS) product for airlines for cargo management. This shift will fully digitalise the cargo management processes across NCA's network.

NCA is the first airline that implemented the iCargo solution.

The IT solutions provider informs: "NCA is now fully ready to do business in e-AWB and can better strategise business operations for enhanced revenue generation and customer service with integrated analytics tools in Software as a Service (SaaS) model, hosted in IBS' private cloud."

The application go-live also saw a total revamp of the Data Center operations to support and provide a fully SaaS model of operation.
