Nippon Cargo Airlines goes for cargo management solution upgrade

March 27, 2019: Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) has decided to implement the latest version of iCargo, IBS Software%u2019s (IBS) product for airlines for cargo management. This shift will fully digitalise the cargo management processes across NCA%u2019s network.

NCA is the first airline that implemented the iCargo solution.

The IT solutions provider informs: %u201CNCA is now fully ready to do business in e-AWB and can better strategise business operations for enhanced revenue generation and customer service with integrated analytics tools in Software as a Service (SaaS) model, hosted in IBS%u2019 private cloud.%u201D

The application go-live also saw a total revamp of the Data Center operations to support and provide a fully SaaS model of operation.
