November 9, 2017: Menzies Aviation has recently appointed Jonathan Clark as CEO of its subsidiary Air Menzies International (AMI). Clark is slated to join AMI in January 2018.

Clark has spent over three decades in the airfreight sector, holding key positions with MSAS Cargo international (now part of DHL), Lufthansa, Qatar Airways, DB Schenker, and most recently, Cargolux Airlines, where he served as Africa Director since 2016.

Forsyth Black, President and Managing Director of Menzies Aviation said: “We wanted an expert from the cargo market to take AMI to the next stage of its development; and I'm delighted to say that we have Jon on board. The road ahead of AMI is an exciting one and I’m sure Jon will relish the opportunity to take the business forward."

“I am truly excited about prospects of AMI, an organisation that I have watched over the years. Most of all, I look forward to leading a team that is quality-driven, customer-focused and has given AMI its excellent name in the market. The AMI team and I will concentrate on ways in which we can innovate and grow the business to be ready for the ever-changing customer demands in this competitive market place,” said Clark.
