Kuehne + Nagel expands its presence in Ghana

Mar 15, 2017: Logistics giant Kuehne + Nagel has strengthened its presence in Ghana and West Africa with a new branch office in the capital of the country.

The office in Accra is in close proximity to the Ghana's major port, Tema, with an annual throughput of approximately 800,000 TEUs (twenty foot equivalent units).

Accra is an important corridor for logistics to the fast growing markets in Ghana and the hinterland, e.g. Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Togo and Benin.

Kuehne + Nagel in Accra offers the full scope of freight forwarding operations and logistics solutions with particular focus on seafreight and airfreight imports and exports for key industries such as pharma, consumer, industrials as well as humanitarian aid cargo.
