SEP 4, 2015: Korean Air is providing relief goods to those affected by the flood in Myanmar. Goods delivered to the country include 1,800 liters of water and 500 blankets.

The relief goods from Korean Air were delivered to Myanmar on September 2, through the carrier’s flight KE471 departed from Incheon to Myanmar.

More than 1,150,000 people have been displaced since the flood swamped 15,000 homes and inundated fields after continued storms hit the region in late July. The international community has been supporting the ongoing relief and recovery efforts.

Korean Air is providing 500 blankets and 1,200 bottles of mineral water for the flood victims in Myanmar through the Red Cross.
