Schiphol, August 21 2014 (STAT):-The General Shareholders meeting of Aruba Airport Authority appointed James Fazio CEO of Aruba Airport Authority, the company that manages Reina Beatrix International Airport, effective September 1, 2014. Fazio succeeds Peter Steinmetz, who has been holding the post since 2004.

James Fazio currently is Chief Operations Officer of JFKIAT, the Operator of Terminal 4, at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York. In this position Fazio is responsible for all day to day operations and strategic planning for Terminal 4, JFK Airport.

We are pleased to have James Fazio as the new CEO of Reina Beatrix International Airport. He has built up a wealth of aviation experience during his career. We feel him to be a worthy successor to Peter Steinmetz. Peter Steinmetz will be joining Stockholm Skavsta Airport in Sweden as CEO.
