Jack Bender joins Deringer

APR 4, 2015: A.N. Deringer, Inc. announced that Jack Bender has joined the Deringer team as Director of Marketing and Sales. Jack brings with him a long career in logistics and a passion for leadership. Prior to joining Deringer, he served in the Customer Solutions & Innovation division of a multi-national 3PL, where he was responsible for the development of strategic relationships with the company’s largest customers’ senior management. He will serve a similar business development role at Deringer, in addition to providing senior level oversight of the Marketing Department.

Jack is tasked with strategically growing the business’ Customs brokerage client base and expanding awareness of Deringer’s freight forwarding capabilities. In addition, Jack will have the responsibility of overseeing the company’s marketing efforts and ensuring they are aligned with the overall strategic goals of the leadership team.
Jack has nearly 20 years of experience in the international trade industry, with experience working at large-scale, global logistics companies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Rhode Island, as well as holding a US Customs Brokerage license.
