HAECO ITM partners with Ramco Systems to implement new IT solution

July 13, 2018: HAECO ITM has entered into partnership with Ramco Systems, provider of the Ramco Aviation Suite of software to support the company’s IT operations.

The company which is a jointed venture formed in Hong Kong between HAECO and Cathay Pacific Airways in 2012 will benefit from Ramco’s end-to-end solution by unifying various techno-commercial functions – covering Customer Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Financial Management, and Component Engineering including Reliability Management – on a single platform equipped with advanced supply chain planning and optimisation.

Ramco Aviation Suite will integrate with HAECO’s existing business systems, while the partnership will also enable HAECO ITM to interface with customers and suppliers through Aeroxchange.

Aeroxchange is the only electronic business network that supports all MRO business processes within the aviation industry for buyers and sellers.
