OCT 29, 2015: Air China Cargo has extended its cargo handling contract with Fraport Cargo Services (FCS), thus continuing its successful cooperation with FCS for the seventh consecutive year. A customer of FCS since 2009, Air China Cargo decided to renew the contract well in advance of the date required.

FCS managing director Andreas Helfer said, “Air China Cargo is an airline with high standards of safety, quality and service. The early extension of the handling contract is a clear proof of Air China Cargo’s confidence in our company. Moreover, our cooperation also provides the basis for the important trade relations between China and Germany.”

Founded in 2002, Air China Cargo serves an international route network from its hubs in Beijing and Shanghai to destinations in Europe, North America and Asia. The dense network of cargo flights is supplemented by an extensive international and national network of truck routes. Air China Cargo thus offers a comprehensive network of global cargo transportation services. Frankfurt Airport, being the largest cargo airport in Europe, represents the carrier’s major gateway to the European market.
