Atlanta, August 25, 2014(STAT):- Delta Air Lines will launch new daily nonstop service from Salt Lake City International Airport to Benito Juarez International Airport in Mexico City in December to cater to the important business markets in Mexico.

“Mexico City is a global city, and one of the most important financial and cultural centers for Latin America. With one of the fastest growing economies in the world, the city is experiencing a growing demand for connections to more destinations in the U.S and worldwide,” said Carlos E. Hernandez, Delta’s director for Mexico. “Our new service between Salt Lake City and Mexico City is part of Delta’s commitment to supporting this growing demand for business customers, both in the capital city and in other cities within Mexico, through our combined network with Aeromexico.”

Through its long-term alliance with Aeromexico, Delta has scheduled its SLC-MEX service to conveniently connect with onward flights from Aeromexico’s hub in Mexico City. Delta and Aeromexico will now offer round trip connections between Salt Lake City and the following cities in Mexico: Acapulco, Aguascalientes, Leon, Campeche, Cancun, Durango, Guadalajara, Morelia, Monterrey, Oaxaca, Puerto Vallarta, Torreon, Veracruz, and Zacatecas.
