FEB 5, 2015: Delta Air Lines returns for an eighth year as the Official Airline Partner of the 57th GRAMMY Awards, which will be presented live at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 8.

As part of the partnership this year, GRAMMY-winning producer Ryan Lewis of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis flew from Seattle to Los Angeles earlier this week with Delta’s “Innovation Class” mentorship program, which offers LinkedIn members the opportunity to brainstorm and network onboard with leaders in their industry.

“Delta’s longtime partnership with the GRAMMY Awards is a cornerstone of our ongoing support of the music industry,” said Ranjan Goswami, Delta Vice President of Sales – West. “Delta works closely with the music community both on the ground and in the air, as we continue to cultivate strong partnerships with organizations like the GRAMMY Awards, build on our efforts to provide customers with the best entertainment options in-flight and grow our network of service to key entertainment-industry destinations.”

Delta will host a private performance from two-time GRAMMY nominee Charli XCX at the airline’s 5th annual pre-GRAMMY event .Delta is also the Official Airline Partner of the GRAMMY Museum® and the MusiCares® Foundation.

Delta is a leader in bringing music to customers during travel through Delta Studio, the airline’s industry-leading suite of onboard entertainment options, including thousands of songs, the latest movies, live satellite TV, HBO, SHOWTIME and games. Launched in 2014, Delta Studio provides free onboard entertainment via seat-back entertainment systems or on-demand streaming onboard Delta’s Wi-Fi-equipped aircraft. Delta offers more in-flight Wi-Fi than any other carrier, with access to the service on all two-class domestic aircraft and more than 30 percent of its long-haul international fleet, which will be completely Wi-Fi-enabled in 2016.
