Bolloré Logistics supports victims of Hurricane Irma

October 6, 2017: Logistics giant Bolloré Logistics has lend helping hand to the French Federation of Food Banks.
Following a call by the non-profit organisation, the company is supporting the victims of hurricane IRMA and has offered the transport and logistics of donated foodstuffs.
A first 20-foot container has been received at the port of Pointe-à-Pitre in Guadeloupe, containing essential dry products (canned vegetables, oil, pasta, cooked dishes and rice) currently being redirected to the islands of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy. Operations are continuing with other containers of 20 and 40 feet being prepared on the platform of Bolloré Logistics Le Havre, to be shipped in the next days.
This operation of solidarity is carried out with the assistance of the shipping companies MAERSK, GEEST LINE represented by Shipping Agency Service of the NAXCO Group, and with the participation of the Rotary Club Le Havre Estuaire.
