October 30, 2017: Bolloré Logistics’ 13,000 square feet (1,208 sqm) warehouse space in San Francisco is now bonded to respond to increasing customer demand.

In order to become a bonded warehouse, a series of steps had to be completed with US Customs. The entire process for documentation, site visit, security and background checks took approximately two months.

"Customers prefer items that are stored a long time to be at our location," says Dale Ezell, west coast regional manager, said, "Our security measures are tighter than what exists in some of the airport on-site facilities."

In addition to having access to traditional warehouse features, which include storage and distribution, customers will now benefit from tax advantages for imports.
