Bolloré Logistics, ABC Airlines fly urgent pharma charter to Beijing

Bolloré Logistics Switzerland teamed up with AirBridgeCargo Airlines to deliver a contingency shipment of life-saving medical supplies from Basel to Beijing for a European biotech company.

Approximately 128 tonnes of medical supplies in 234 pallets (39 PMCs) were loaded onto a charter B747-8. The entire transport was executed within the temperature range of +15° to +25°C, including special arrangements for pre-transport and destination.

Customs clearance was made upon arrival and the products were directly loaded into temperature-controlled trucks.
