Oct 25, 2018: American Airlines Cargo has reported the best September performance numbers ever recorded in the airline’s history.

With the introduction of this product, the airline provides customers with proactive monitoring and notifications from the carrier’s dedicated Customer Experience team, access to a priority track and trace desk, the highest trace priority and a 100 percent (of line haul) service guarantee.

“Our teams are working hard and producing better results than ever,” said Rick Elieson, president, American Airlines Cargo. “Most impressive to me is that while handling record volume, and amid an operationally challenging summer, we also delivered record high flown-as-booked performance and an industry leading customer experience. Earlier this year, the team had a record-setting second quarter, moving nearly 350 million pounds (158 million kilograms) of freight, up 10 percent from 2017, plus a record June performance.
