OCT 12, 2015: Air France KLM Martinair Cargo announced that, effective 25 October 2015; it will increase its presence in traditional global markets and will add various new services to its network.

During the coming winter – when demand for air cargo is generally strong – our 165 long-haul, wide-body, belly-cargo carriers will offer adequate capacity to meet market needs and customer expectations. Our two hubs at Paris-CDG and Amsterdam-Schiphol will offer the usual wide range of services, but will also launch new opportunities on a regular basis.

The winter schedule traditionally features seasonal capacity increases to destinations such as South Africa, Thailand, Mauritius, and the Caribbean. In Africa, where the airline remains the continent’s leading cargo partner, it will boost capacity by operating twice-weekly full-freighter services to Cairo. In West Africa, airline will launch new full-freighter services to Pointe-Noire, Brazzaville and Douala, and it will resume service to Entebbe.
