JULY 3, 2015: Agility has appointed Detlev Janik as CEO for its South Asia Area. In this role, Janik will be responsible for leading Agility’s Global Integrated Logistics business in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
Janik joins Agility with more than 35 years of experience in the logistics industry, including over 30 years based in India and South East Asia.

We are very pleased to have Detlev come onboard to help drive growth in our business across India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan,” said Chris Price, CEO, Agility Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Agility, Janik was the Regional Director of Dachser in Singapore, where he was responsible for its South Asia and South East Asia operations. He was previously CEO of Dachser India Pvt. Ltd.
