AEI to undertake CRJ200 SF freighter for Regional One

December 6, 2017: Aeronautical Engineers Inc (AEI) has recently signed a contract to provide Miami-based Regional One with a CRJ200 SF Freighter.

According to sources, the CRJ200 (MSN 7452) commenced its modification couple of days back at the Commercial Jet’s Miami, Florida facility, which would be re-delivered to Regional One by April 2018.

According to the agreement, Regional One would be offering a finance lease of the completed CRJ200 SF to Estonia-based Airest AS, which is expected to be the first European operators for the CRJ200 SF.

Airest also plans to acquire and operate about four AEI CRJ200 SF’s, sources said.
Besides, the AEI CRJ200 SF will provide Regional One with an Ancra CLS capable of carrying (8) 61.5” x 88” Containers/Pallets, P1 to P8.
