AEI receives order from Royal Aero for a B737-400SF

Jan 17, 2019: Royal Aero, Germany-based aviation trading company, has signed up for one B737-400SF freighter from passenger-to-freighter conversion specialist firm Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI).
The aircraft (MSN 29204) will commence modification next week at Commercial Jet's Dothan, Alabama facility, and will be redelivered to Royal Aero in May 2019.
This will be Royal Aero's first AEI B737-400SF freighter conversion.
The AEI B737-400SF is the only passenger to freighter conversion product that offers operators ten full height 88" x 125" container positions.
Royal Aero is one of the largest independent European based suppliers of surplus commercial engine parts and technical consultancy services to the aviation industry; an engine lessor and a lessor of aircraft approaching commercial retirement.
