Accelya Kale Solutions announces change in directorate

AUG 7, 2015: Accelya Kale Solutions Limited, an Accelya Group company, announced that Vipul Jain will step down from his current role as Managing Director as part of a succession plan. M0s. Neela Bhattacherjee will take over as Managing Director of Accelya Kale from Vipul.

Neela is currently executive vice president and has been with Accelya Kale for the past 15 years. She is responsible for product strategy, sales and customer relationships in the company. She is well known and highly respected in the industry.

Commenting on her appointment Neela Bhattacherjee said, “I am excited about the opportunity and look forward to contributing to the growth of Accelya in the coming years.”

Vipul will be transitioning his responsibilities to Neela over the next few weeks and Neela will take over as Managing Director of Accelya Kale effective 30^th September 2015. Vipul will continue on the Accelya Kale Board as Non-Executive Director. He will also join the Board of Accelya Holding (Luxembourg) and will advise on strategic initiatives for Accelya Group.
