B&H Worldwide, an aerospace logistics provider, has announced it has been awarded a global warehousing and logistics contract by Ontic Aerospace, an aviation partner specialising in supporting and supplying established aircraft parts.
Under this contract, B&H Worldwide will deliver premium inventory management processes for Ontic. These services will encompass full packaging, consignment, and rigorous document checks upon both receipt and dispatch to guarantee the integrity of items and essential documentation.
B&H Worldwide will manage in excess of 3,000 items for the support of Ontic's crucial exchange programme across key global aviation hubs in the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore.
Critical inventory will be strategically held across facilities in London, Miami, and Singapore.
Jack Karapetyan, Vice President & General Manager, Global MRO Operations of Ontic said, “As we continue to expand our global footprint, having B&H’s expertise and infrastructure supporting our AOG and Exchange inventory means we can deliver even greater reliability, responsiveness, and speed to our customers.”
He further added, “With critical inventory now strategically located across London, Miami, and Singapore, we can ensure our customers receive the parts and support they need, when and where they need them, minimising downtime, maximising operational efficiency and delivering industry-leading service in critical and urgent applications.”
Beyond inventory management, B&H Worldwide will provide essential logistics services, including dangerous goods handling, routine shipping, and critical Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) shipping services.
Ontic will gain full transparency over its global inventory through B&H Worldwide’s proprietary warehouse management system, allowing them to track and monitor items in real-time.
